My name is E.S. from Shanghai, China. I'm interested in your
fantastic website and the huge collection of secret signal recordings.
Well as a native Chinese speaker. I think maybe I can help you
to recognise and translate Chinese in your collections and I'm willing to do
so. Here's what they were speaking, in Chinese Pinyin (Latin
letters) and English:

Zai chongfa yici: sibai yishi ba hao, ba wu ba wu...
(followed by numbers x2) ... Quan fawan le. Wushi le. Zaijian.

Numbers in this recording is not ordinary Chinese numbers but
military numeral system. They use "Dong" - Zero(Ling);
"Yao" - One(Yi); "Liang" - Two(Er); "Guai"
- Seven(Qi); "Gou" - Nine(Jiu) to avoid distort in
transmission.

Chinese Music Station, YHF 9202 kHz, 11 Dec 06 1212 UTC
In fact the music in the recording is not played by the secret
station in all probability. This music is rather familiar to me for it's the
jamming music for BBC or VOA Mandarin used by Chinese authorities. I
guess Chinese authorities are jamming this station or they did by coincidence.
"On shortwave, the
jamming sound is composed of Chinese folk music, specifically a composition
known as The Firedrake, running about 1 hour in duration."

As
for the New Star Radio Station, yes it is a
Taiwanese
Station
and has been
Station
and has been revealed by
Taiwanese authorities recently as a spy station on delusion
purpose.
To my surprise, The New Star Radio Station is STILL
ACTIVE in 2010. I happened come across it in one afternoon in April, 2010
and recorded. Sound clip here: The New Star Radio
Station.
The attached file is my recording of New Star Radio Station in
April 2010 in Shanghai. It's a proof that this number station is still
active in 2010. ( due to a power failure in my digital recorder
the create time and date in the file was forced to be set in 2004-01-01.)

not the military one.
PS: Sorry for the quality and China National Radio 1 was
in the background.

It's easy for me to catch some North Korea secret stations for
DPRK is not far from where I live and they have so many. I remember there's a
station which playing DPRK military songs and marches all day long and sending
Morse code in the background.
